If you notice any damage, missing accessory, or manufacturing issue during delivery or installation, please inform our delivery team immediately. We will be happy to review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including a refund or exchange where applicable.

To ensure a smooth claims process, any concerns must be reported before the delivery team leaves. Once the delivery has been completed and accepted, refund or exchange requests for issues reported afterward cannot be accommodated.
